Product Owner - Health SaaS (Remote)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Product Owner to join our growing Health SaaS team. This role is ideal for someone with foundational experience in product management or healthcare technology who is eager to grow and make a meaningful impact in digital health solutions.

You'll have opportunity to:

• Assist in defining product vision and roadmap in collaboration with senior stakeholders.
• Maintain and prioritize the product backlog based on business and customer value.
• Translate business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and QA.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Support product launches and gather user feedback for continuous improvement.
• Ensure product features comply with healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA).

• 1–3 years of experience in a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or related role.
• Exposure to healthcare technology or SaaS platforms.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
• Understanding of healthcare data privacy and compliance standards (HIPAA, PHI).
• Bachelor's degree in Health Informatics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. A combination of education and experience will be considered.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The base pay range for this position is listed above. Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors such as job-related skills, experience, and education. You will be also eligible for a variable pay opportunity.
