Consumer Service Agent – Minijob / working student (10-20 hrs /week)

This role is a cornerstone of Experian's commitment to consumer empowerment. The aim is to ensure that individuals can access and understand their financial data and make balanced decisions - which in turn is essential for a healthy economy. This role should be performed as minijob or working student job with a content of 10-20 hours per week.

Main responsibilities, tasks, duties:

  • Engaging directly with consumers as the face of Experian to provide them with important information about their financial health
  • Handle data access requests in compliance with data protection laws to ensure the highest levels of confidentiality and security
  • Support our customer service team with email inquiries, adhering to our strict standards
  • Contribute to our mission of using technology to create a better future - in every interaction with our stakeholders (e.g. use of our ticketing system)
  • Participate in training to stay up to date with bureaucratic processes and continuously improve the consumer experience.

Experience and Skills

  • Experience in the field of Customer Service and / or Clerking
  • Training in office communication or comparable knowledge would be ideal
  • Very good written and spoken German
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Ability to communicate clear and compassionate
  • Familiarity with data protection regulations and a commitment to upholding these standards
  • A sense of responsibility in dealing with data
  • Reliable, structured and independent way of working
  • Experience with Sharepoint and Confluence would be an advantage
