.Net Software Engineer

Reporting into Lead Software Engineer you will participate in both creation of new applications and supporting of existing ones.

What you'll do:

• Develop .NET 8.0 based products and applications.
• Design and implement cloud-based microservice oriented architecture using REST APIs, MQs and gRPC.
• Maintain resilient, scalable and easily maintainable systems.
• Implement accurate and reliable code according to the needed functionality.
• Design and implement unit tests to validate the functionality is implemented correctly.
• Document code and tests to support ongoing maintenance of the code.
• Onboard of new clients in Cloud Environments and systems.
• Participate in troubleshooting calls with our clients.
• Participate in on-call 24x7 support rotas.

What you'll bring:

• 3 years programming experience in C# and .NET
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent
• Practical experience deploying, debugging and troubleshooting of web applications and APIs in Cloud infrastructure.
• Knowledge of web standards and technologies - Web Services, REST APIs.
• An understanding of the concepts and patterns of OOP
• Understanding of databases and basic SQL skills
• Experience with collaboration tools (e.g. Jira, Bitbucket)
• Experience with source code repository systems like Git.
• Partner with distant software development and business teams.
• Excellent written and verbal English.

Any of the following will be considered as an advantage:

• Experience working in Agile environment.
• Practical experience with Microservices and RabbitMQ.
• Experience using gRPC.
• Practical experience with Cloud-based infrastructure (e.g. AWS, Azure).
• Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Ansible Tower.
• Experience in Kubernetes.
• Experience with Postgres or other RDBMS.
• Experience in development of N-tier solutions.
• Experience with Web API proxies as Apigee or others.
• Experience using ServiceNow.
