Marketing Manager: Consumer Finance - CA Remote

We are looking for a marketing manager to lead go-to-market execution and deliver integrated marketing programs for the card and consumer finance market. You will implement campaigns, develops content, and help sales to lead pipeline and revenue within a complex and evolving landscape.

You are an operator who translates strategy into action, and deliver high-quality marketing programs. You will also support AI and automation programs within Integrated Marketing by helping translate data, analytics, and advanced capabilities into messaging and scalable programs. This position is located in the Southern California area, and will potentially need to report to the Costa Mesa Office. You will report to the Vice President of marketing for this position.

 

What You'll Do:

  • Implement Integrated Marketing Plans: Support and implement the marketing plan and calendar, including multi-channel campaigns (digital, events, content, industry partnerships) and performance tracking to promote demand and engagement
  • Develop Content and Sales Enablement: Create marketing assets such as emails, pitch decks, case studies, and expertise that support campaigns and accelerate the sales cycle
  • Support AI, Automation and Data-Driven Positioning: Translate advanced analytics, automation capabilities, and AI-driven solutions into clear, customer-friendly messaging tailored to card and AFS providers
  • Lead Market Programs: Implement market-facing programs including industry events, Experian-hosted forums, webinars, and expertise programs, coordinating across partners to promote awareness and engagement
  • Conduct Market Insights: Monitor industry trends, competitive activity, and perform opportunity analysis to inform campaign execution and identify growth opportunities
  • Collaborate to Win: Partner with Sales, Product, Solutions Marketing, and Integrated Marketing teams to ensure aligned program execution, including support of broader AI and automation priorities

Experience and Skills

You Have:

  • 3–6 years of experience in B2B marketing within cards, consumer finance, or related industries
  • Implemented marketing programs end-to-end with skills in optimizing workflows
  • Familiarity with credit cards, consumer finance, or non-prime lending segments
  • Translated complex concepts, including data, AI, and automation capabilities, into clear, engaging content
  • Collaboration skills and ability to work with matrixed teams

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The base pay range for this position is listed above. Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors such as job-related skills, experience, and education.
