We're looking for a visionary product leader to join ECS as Head of Product Management - New Growth, reporting directly to the Chief Product and Commercial Officer. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of consumer finance by innovating within our core business and launching new product domains that drive meaningful revenue growth. This is an individual contributor role. You will be at the forefront of Consumer Services' growth agenda, shaping the future of our product ecosystem and have the opportunity to build and lead a new business line.

ECS is on a mission to build the UK's number one consumer finance app, supporting over 13 million consumers with their financial needs. This role is perfect for a strategic thinker and internal entrepreneur who thrives in ambiguity, moves fast, and is passionate about building impactful products from the ground up.

What you'll deliver:

  • A portfolio of new, app-first consumer finance products that complement and expand ECS's core offering
  • A strategic roadmap for innovation within ECS's existing ecosystem, partnering with our existing Domain leaders
  • A clear path to building a new product which is used by millions of UK consumers within 12–18 months
  • Leadership and mentorship of a small, agile team of product managers and cross-functional collaborators

Experience and Skills

  • Proven product leadership experience, having scaled products from zero to one and beyond
  • Demonstrate an understanding of innovation frameworks
  • Comfortable with experimentation, learning from failure, and iterating quickly
  • Strong commercial awareness – able to identify and validate new revenue opportunities
  • Deep consumer empathy and a passion for solving real-world financial problems
  • Experience working with external partners and third-party development teams
  • Ability to influence and collaborate across functions, including engineering, design, marketing, and operations
  • A strong grasp of data and analytics – using insights to drive decisions and measure success
  • Knowledge of the UK FinTech landscape and emerging trends in consumer finance
