Global Finance Improvement Senior Specialist

Role Summary:

You will be an important member of the Bulgaria-based finance team with a global remit within Global Finance. You will support both the Global Finance Service (GFS) Measurement Reporting and Continuous Improvement Framework within the Bulgaria GFS.

This includes leading the delivery of Global Scale projects, working with Global Finance Senior Specialist to lead the Use of EmPower Program, supporting the GFS BG Teams on the delivery of key CI Projects which focus on delivering capacity creation within the teams. You will apply deep process expertise to develop processes, while also supporting us in enhancing quality through performance evaluation and continuous improvement efforts.

Principle responsibilities

 

GFS Key Performance Indicator Reporting Governance

  • Ensure the update on the KPI Reporting Data by working together with the GFS BG Managers and Leads.
  • Quality checks on the GFS BG KPI Reporting Data ensuring that the KPI Reported is complete and Accurate
  • Analyze GFS BG KPI Data, and provide critical insights to GFS BG Head, and SVP of Transformation on the key drivers for the KPI Movements
  • Facilitate the KPI Reporting Onboarding Session for New Managers in GFS BG
  • Communicate any updates/enhancement made to the KPI Reporting Process to GFS Leadership Team.

 

Support the 5% Delivery Projects

  • Set up and coordinate the Monthly Project Forum, to monitor the progress of the key CI project for GFS BG while provide support/advise to resolve any roadblock and issues faced by the Project Team.
  • Send Periodic reminder to the GFS BG Managers & Lead to ensure update of CI Project status onto the Global EmPower Tracker
  • Coordinate with the Global Finance Improvement Senior Specialist to facilitate the PE log Triage Call to review all Global Finance Process Excellence requests, initiate EmPower workshops and projects to improve processes before further automation, determine the most appropriate automation solutions (Oracle CR, RPA...), and route requests to relevant teams for delivery. Maintain oversight on status and progress across development teams.
  • Offer coaching and support for GFS BG individuals to complete Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification following initial training.
  • Support Global Finance Improvement Senior Specialist in conducting bubble-up sessions, workshops, and Kaizen/Lean Six Sigma projects to identify, and deliver finance process improvements.

Experience and Skills

More About You:

  • Recent graduate Degree in business, finance, data science or equivalent / 1-2 years of experience in continuous improvement work
  • Basis experience of process mapping and use of Visio (process mapping tool)
  • Basic experience/knowledge on Gen AI Platforms
  • Comfortable in working with multifunctional and multicultural teams / users, and remote team members
  • Confident in engaging with multifunctional team members at all levels.
  • Knowledge in Data analytics and interpretation to identify, measure and priorities process improvement opportunities
