Quais serão às suas principais atividades:

• Deverá líderar e estimular/disseminar a cultura do DevOps no time, contribuindo com automações que agregam valor e aumente a produtividade das squads.
• Deverá líderar e estimular/disseminar os conceitos de SRE dentro do time, contribuindo com soluções que aumentem a confiabilidade do ambiente.
• Gestão de cloud, nos aspectos de vulnerabilidades, obsolecência, conformidade e finops.
• Irá atuar em uma squad de SREs, liderando efetivamente as cerimônias, discussões, apoio nas tomadas de decisões e resolução de conflitos.

O que buscamos em você:

• Conhecimento nos principais cloud providers (AWS é obrigatório).
• Experiencia em CI/CD (Jenkins, Argo Rollouts, ArgoCD).
• Experiencia prática em GitOps (implantação e uso).
• Dominar Docker e Kubernetes (helm, hpa, operadores, admission controllers).
• Dominar e aplicar os conceitos de alta disponibilidade, confiabialidade, resiliencia, e continuidade do ambiente.
• Terraform, Shell Script, Python e Git.
• Dominar DevOps e o conceito de SRE.
• Dominar ferramentas de observabilidade (Datadog e Dynatrace).
• Metodologias Ágeis (Scrum, Lean, Kanban...).
• Inglês Intermediário, se tiver inglês avançado/fluente será considerado diferencial.
