Business Analyst I

• Collaborate with teams to support operational analysis and delivery of data insights
• You will contribute to key operations including establishing and reviewing KPI's, SLA's, thresholds, and escalation procedures
• You will build and present dashboards to teams.
• Define and Document ongoing process changes and improvements
• Review and validate data for accuracy
• You will conduct ad-hoc analysis
• you will aggregate, analyze our data: quantitative and qualitative analysis, data modeling, and business plan presentation.
• candidate will report to Development and Operations Director Senior.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, Engineering, Data Science, Finance or related field.
• Provide deliverables within expected timeframes
• Excellent analytical skills
• Working knowledge of Tableau or other data visualization tools
• 1+ years hands on experience writing SQL queries
• Experience documenting data flows and processes
• Experience profiling, including data discovery, cleansing and analysis
