This role is accountable for the commercial success of the GenAI portfolio across EMAP, including revenue growth, monetization strategy, and market adoption. You will operate as a "mini‑GM", owning both product direction and business outcomes, reporting to the Chief Product Officer.

This is a specialist role in the EMAP Product Management team. You will focus on embedding Generative AI capabilities into core products, reimagining customer propositions, accelerating innovation and converting innovation into scalable, revenue-generating offerings, and driving adoption across diverse EMAP markets.

Operating horizontally across Product, Engineering, Data Science, Client Delivery, and Market Product teams, you will act as a bridge between global GenAI strategy, regional priorities, and market execution.

What You'll Do:

GenAI Product Strategy & Direction

  • Own the regional GenAI product strategy and roadmap for EMAP across Ascend and Fraud
  • Own the commercial performance of the GenAI portfolio, including revenue growth, margins, and business case delivery
  • Translate GenAI capabilities into clear customer value propositions and monetizable offerings

Product Discovery & Productization

  • Lead discovery of high‑impact GenAI opportunities across customer journeys and internal product workflows.
  • Define use cases with clear value hypotheses, success measures, and risk considerations.
  • Drive productization of GenAI capabilities into market-ready, revenue-generating products
  • Ensure solutions are designed for repeatability, supportability, and regional scale, rather than bespoke delivery
  • Ensure clear linkage between product features and monetization models

Scaling & Adoption Across EMAP

  • Work with markets and regional functions to scale GenAI use cases across EMAP, with primary focus on customer‑facing innovation and considering productivity enablement where it supports product outcomes
  • Define how GenAI capabilities will be adopted, measured, and evolved over time across markets
  • Drive adoption in close partnership with Sales and GTM teams, supporting strategic deals and client engagement
  • Track outcomes including adoption, productivity gains, customer impact, revenue impact and product differentiation.

Embedding GenAI into Core Platforms

  • Partner with Engineering and Data Science to embed GenAI capabilities into existing Ascend and Fraud products, rather than standalone tools
  • Ensure GenAI features are explainable and auditable by design; aligned to Experian's product operating model and naturally integrated into customer and analyst workflows

Cross‑Functional & GTM Collaboration

  • Act as a senior product partner across Engineering, Architecture, Data Science, Client Delivery, Market Product, and regional GTM teams
  • Lead collaboration with GTM and Sales to define value propositions, pricing inputs, and commercial messaging
  • Actively support deal shaping, client conversations, and strategic sales opportunities where GenAI capabilities are a differentiator
  • Commercial impact assessment
  • Influence prioritization and solution design through strong product judgement, evidence‑based trade‑offs, and clear articulation of customer and commercial value

Governance, Risk & Responsible AI

  • Work closely with regional and global AI technology teams to ensure GenAI governance, controls, and guardrails are embedded into product design and delivery
  • Ensure GenAI product capabilities align with product development and risk frameworks

Client Co‑Creation & Ecosystem Engagement

  • Co‑create GenAI capabilities with selected clients to validate value, usability, and adoption.
  • Partner with global technology and AI platform teams to leverage external GenAI providers where appropriate, in line with Experian standards and governance

What Success Looks Like

  • GenAI capabilities embedded into EMAP products at scale, not isolated pilots
  • Tangible improvements in customer decision quality, speed, and usability
  • Clear revenue growth and monetization of GenAI portfolio
  • Successful launch of commercial GenAI offerings
  • Increased attach rates, upsell, and client adoption tied to economic value
  • Strong market positioning and differentiated value proposition

Experience and Skills

What You'll Bring

  • What You'll Bring:
    • 12+ years of experience as a Senior Product Manager / Principal PM / Product Leader with experience owning business outcomes or product portfolio performance
    • Strong grounding in product discovery, productization, and outcome‑based prioritization
    • Deep understanding of Generative AI concepts, patterns, and limitations
    • Ability to translate AI capabilities into commercially compelling, customer-ready offering
    • Experience communicating complex technical concepts to a variety of audiences with senior stakeholders and technical teams
    • Proven track record in one or more of the following: product monetization, pricing & packaging, go-to-market strategy, revenue ownership or business case delivery
    • Experience operating in regulated or high‑trust environments is highly advantageous.
This role is best suited to product leaders who enjoy turning innovation into measurable business results, not only building capabilities.
