Client Success Executive

What You'll Be Doing:

• Support the Strategic Account Management Team after they have secured or initiated a business opportunity by helping draft and coordinate agreements, proposals, and related documentation based on qualified sales discussions.
• Help develop sales enablement materials, including guides, templates, and best practices, to support internal consistency.
• Manage administrative tasks and maintain accurate records of proposals, internal policy document, client access management and documentation to ensure compliance with internal processes and audit requirements.
• Prepare proposals and work with Account Managers to understand data requirements, timelines, and client needs.
• Follow up on client consents and ensure all required documentation is completed accurately and on time.
• Coordinate and support existing client system upgrades and enhancements by working with our teams to track progress, manage timelines, and communicate important updates to clients.
• Work with finance and company partners to resolve billing or payment-related issues.
• Prepare and deliver accurate sales performance reports and business review to Leadership Team.
• Manage data integrity in Salesforce, including regular updates to ensure the Best Practice Score is maintained.
• Provide support to Sales Support teams in conducting Client Due Diligence (CDD) and assisting with client onboarding processes when needed.

What We're Looking For:

• Diploma or Bachelor of Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance, Marketing or related field.
• 1 or more years of experience in client success, sales support, account support, or a similar client -facing coordination role.
• Familiarity with banking and finance industry or fintech industry will be an advantage.
• Experience balancing a book of business and Experience balancing a book of business and follow up with internal teams.
• Experience documenting customer pain points, workflows, and requests mindset with accuracy in documentation and reporting.
• Clear Experience conducting quarterly business reviews, detailing customers' adoption of and progress with the product for internal coordination.
• Prepare slides and presentation materials when necessary
