• Realizar análises envolvendo cruzamento de bases.
• Criar modelos de projeção com foco em performance de produto, comportamento do usuário e crescimento.
• Desenvolver dashboards interativos e relatórios para diferentes áreas da empresa.
• Traduzir dados em histórias estratégicas que apoiem decisões de negócio e roadmap de produto.
• Trabalhar em parceria com times de produto, tecnologia e design para gerar impacto no negócio.
• Garantir acuracidade e consistência dos dados analisados.
• Apresentar insights de forma clara, envolvente e direcionada ao público de negócio e liderança.​​​​
• Transformação de dados em leituras estruturadas que apoiam decisões data-driven, conectando métricas locais ao impacto no ecossistema.
• Ter um bom entendimento de problemas/perguntas de negócio, com capacidade de quebrar em hipóteses e respondê-las através e análises de dados.

• Domínio de ferramentas analíticas como SQL, Python, Power BI e Data Bricks
• Facilidade em comunicar resultados dos estudos e análises para pessoas com diferentes níveis de conhecimento técnico em dados.
• Experiência com análise de dados estratégicos no setor de fintechs ou datatechs.
• Conhecimento em modelos estatísticos e projeções de crescimento, será um diferencial.
