Job description

 

Key Responsibilities Membership Revenue Management

  • Own the membership revenue lifecycle, including invoicing, collections, renewals, and closure.
  • Ensure timely collection of membership fees, subscription charges, and usage‑based revenues.
  • Monitor outstanding receivables, follow up with members, and reduce overdue balances.
  • Coordinate with Finance to ensure accurate revenue recognition, reconciliation, and reporting.
  • Prepare and track membership revenue forecasts, MIS dashboards, and variance analysis.
  • Support pricing changes, membership fee revisions, and new membership types.

Membership Operations (Partial Scope)

  • Oversee membership onboarding, renewals, suspensions, and exits from a process perspective.
  • Ensure operational compliance with Credit Bureau regulations, internal SOPs, and contractual terms.
  • Act as a liaison between Sales, Member Relations, Legal, IT, and Finance for membership operations.
  • Manage exception handling related to billing disputes and operational escalations.
  • Support audits (internal/external) by providing membership and revenue documentation.

Governance & Compliance

  • Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for membership agreements, fee structures, and approvals.
  • Participate in policy formulation related to membership revenue and operational controls.
