Product Operations & Program Manager

The Product Operations Manager will help drive excellence across the centralized IDF and Decisioning Product Organization. Reporting into our Product Director, you will be responsible for implementing and managing operating mechanisms, OKRs, scorecarding, and priority program execution.

You will champion best practices, expand best-in-class program management standards, and enable consistent operational frameworks across IDF and Decisioning.

You will implement program management processes including scope definition, scheduling, human resource and material planning and allocation, risk management planning, cost and budget management and quality assurance. You will form teams from local and remote sources, both within the region and in the wider global group and ensuring close communication and teamwork to contribute to project success.

Operating Mechanisms:

  • Design, implement, and maintain core operating rhythms for the product organization.
  • Ensure alignment across teams through structured governance and reporting.

OKRs & Scorecarding:

  • Define and track Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) for product teams.
  • Develop and maintain scorecards to measure performance and progress against strategic goals.
  • Identify, mitigate, and recommend alternatives on handling risks and issues that threaten the successful execution of OKR's.
  • Monitor and report OKR progress. Identify potential sources for solutions.

Priority Program Execution:

  • Drive execution of high-priority programs and initiatives across IDF and Decisioning.
  • Monitor milestones, risks, and dependencies to ensure delivery.

Strategic Planning & Budgeting:

  • Lead annual and quarterly planning cycles for product teams.
  • Partner with finance and leadership to manage budgets and resource allocation.

Program Management:

  • Provide centralized program management support for IDF and Decisioning initiatives.
  • Ensure consistent documentation, communication, and stakeholder engagement
  • Interact and manage internal and external stakeholders, determine project needs and priorities. Including cross functional remote global teams.
  • Acts independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments
  • Can work on complex problems, requiring an evaluation of intangible variables.
  • Identifies areas where process improvements may benefit performance.
  • Escalates any risks/issues.

Experience and Skills

 

  • Proven experience in Product Operations, Program Management, or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of OKRs, scorecarding, and strategic planning processes.
  • Familiarity with IDF and Decisioning products or similar technology domains.
