As the Community Partnerships Intern reporting to the Senior Director of Inclusion & Belonging External Partnerships, you will help evaluate and strengthen the B.A.L.L. For Life™ program by developing recommendations, defining and tracking impact metrics, and supporting the execution of community program events. You will blend strategy, measurement, and hands‑on execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the strategic growth and effect measurement of the B.A.L.L. for Life program focused on improving financial wellbeing for young adults.
  • Help design next year's pitch competition, including the problem statement and competition format.
  • Support planning and on‑site execution to provide a high‑impact event presence.

Experience and Skills

 

  • Currently enrolled in a minimum of a Master's degree program in Business Administration or a related field of study.
  • Returning to school in the Fall of 2026 to complete degree program.
  • Interest in Inclusion and Belonging.
  • Experience with impact measurement or program evaluation.
  • Project management experience.
  • Interest in financial empowerment, community partnerships, or social impact.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The hourly pay range for this position is listed above. Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors such as job-related skills, experience, and education.
