Experian Partner Solutions is looking for an Account Manager to strengthen, grow, and retain our client relationships. You will own a defined territory and be responsible for managing and expanding an existing portfolio of accounts. This role reports directly to the VP of Sales and plays a critical part in delivering revenue growth.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop strong relationships with existing clients by researching and understanding their business needs, responding to client concerns and problems, and acting as the liaison between the client and internal departments.
  • You are responsible for the management and servicing of existing customers including the development of accounts to improve profits.
  • Manage key accounts and develop strategic account plans that drive retention and growth.
  • Research client needs and determines how to bundle products to meet client requirements. Educate clients on relevant initiatives, product capabilities, and new solution opportunities.
  • Generates new business within existing relationships by up-selling and cross-selling other product categories.
  • You are also responsible for realizing the committed revenue targets.
  • Retain accounts by negotiating contract renewals.
  • Onboard new clients.
  • Present additional Experian product offerings.
  • Collect and present voice of customer feedback to product team for product improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate and team with peers, including internal and external partners.
  • Perform additional projects as needed to support revenue targets.

Experience and Skills

 

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience
  • 5+ years of experience in sales or account management.
  • Strong B2B experience, preferably in a consultative or solutions‑focused environment.
  • Experience navigating and resolving challenging customer situations with effective, customer‑centric solutions.
  • Proven ability to manage C‑suite relationships and negotiate high‑value contracts.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present to senior‑level stakeholders and lead strategic business discussions.
  • Develop and execute account plans focused on retention, expansion, and long‑term partnership growth.
  • Lead Business Reviews and ongoing strategic check‑ins to communicate performance, uncover needs, and identify expansion opportunities.
  • Proficient using Salesforce or comparable CRM systems to manage pipeline and account activity.
  • Ability to travel when needed.
