We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to join our Digital Financial Products team and lead initiatives within the Membership Business, a critical pillar of our direct-to-consumer strategy. This role is at the forefront of shaping the future of consumer financial products, helping millions of people take control of their financial lives.

Our team builds and scales consumer-facing digital products used by millions, including cashflow management, personalized financial health insights, debt reduction tools, credit-building solutions, and savings features such as subscription management and bill negotiation. As a Senior PM, you will own the end-to-end product lifecycle from opportunity identification to launch and continuous improvement. You will be expected to combine strategic thinking, executional excellence, and deep user empathy to build digital-first products that deliver trust, simplicity, and tangible value to our members. The role provides a unique opportunity to design next-generation, intelligent consumer experiences by leveraging data, advanced technologies, and modern product practices.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Product Leadership

  • Define, evolve, and execute the membership product strategy in line with Experian’s mission to be the financial co-pilot for our members.
  • Identify emerging opportunities using data insights, market research, and customer behavior analysis.
  • Drive roadmap development and prioritization, balancing innovation while driving business impact.

Consumer-Centric Innovation

  • Collaborate with UX, research, and data science teams to craft delightful, intuitive, and trustworthy user journeys.
  • Shape product experiences that are personalized, adaptive, and proactive, powered by cutting-edge digital capabilities.
  • Champion clarity, transparency, and ease of use in every new feature and member benefit.

Execution & Collaboration

  • Partner with engineering, design, analytics, marketing, and compliance teams to deliver products at scale.
  • Lead product development from concept to launch, ensuring speed, quality, and measurable outcomes.
  • Continuously monitor performance, analyze feedback, and drive iteration to optimize engagement and growth.

Experience and Skills

  • 8-10 years of product management experience, with a focus on consumer-facing digital products (fintech, membership, marketplaces, or consumer apps strongly preferred).
  • Proven track record of building and scaling products that drive high user engagement, retention, and monetization
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience leveraging data for decision-making. 
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across global teams.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and product discovery practices.
  • Comfortable working with distributed teams across India and the US (West Coast time zones).
  • Background in high-growth consumer tech environments with a bias toward experimentation and rapid learning. 
  • Experience with AI-powered, data-driven, or intelligent digital experiences (personalization, recommendations, conversational interfaces, etc.).
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver innovative solutions in regulated industries (fintech, healthcare, etc.) is a plus.
