We are hiring a Lead Project Manager to manage delivery of strategic programs within our Direct-to-Consumer business. This is a senior-level individual contributor role that combines program leadership, business agreement, delivery excellence, and domain mentorship. You are a trusted operator, fluent in Agile delivery and the Product Operating Model, who drives clarity, simplifies complexity, and ensures results are achieved. You will report to the Director of Project Management.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead complex projects from strategy to execution, aligned with business OKRs and customer outcomes.
  • Align teams (Product, Engineering, etc.) to improve execution.
  • Identify risks early and guide trade-off decisions balancing speed, quality, and improvement.
  • Improve delivery processes at scale and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Mentor project managers and coach teams over activity tracking.
  • Communicate delivery priorities and constraints to executives and external partners.
  • Provide clear, value-driven status updates focused on growth.
  • Champion ownership, accountability, and delivery excellence across teams.

Experience and Skills

  • 7+ years of experience delivering digital products in consumer tech, e-commerce, or FinTech
  • Experience implementing delivery process improvements across departments or teams
  • Familiarity with Product Operating Models, OKRs, and modern product development practices
  • Tools: JIRA, Confluence, Asana, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams
  • Certifications: PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or equivalent
  • Expertise in Agile/iterative development methodologies and leadership

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The base pay range for this position is listed above. Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors such as job-related skills, experience, and education.
