Head of Strategic Programs & Projects - Global Centers

You will be responsible for delivery, launch, management, and successful implementation of strategic programs that promote growth and accelerate Global Centers' strategy, profitability and efficiency. With direction from the Global Centers Lead and the Global Center Site Lead and in partnership with the Local Senior Management Team, you will turn company-wide strategic goals into projects. You will report into the VP Global Center - Bulgaria.

What you'll do:

  • Ensure all programmes and projects are aligned with our strategic goals and deliver measurable value.
  • Implement and maintain governance frameworks to monitor progress and manage risks.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure transparency and agreement.
  • Lead the execution of programmes using best-fit methodologies, ensuring high-quality, and on-budget delivery.
  • Work with Global Centers Lead, Site Lead and Senior Management to support development of annual and multi-year strategy.
  • Support development and management of Experian Bulgaria Strategic Focus Areas (SFAs).
  • Establish tracking and reporting mechanism for progress against strategic plans.
  • Review central and regional operational metrics and create projects to increase efficiency, create revenue and guide collaboration.
  • Contribute to decision-making at a senior level.
  • Escalate and communicate risks, and lead escalation resolution.
  • Work collaboratively and constructively with Experian Data Quality leadership team to solve business and resource challenges.
  • Support project managers in execution of projects that fall under given programmes.
  • Manage any contractors/third-party vendors within the programmes.

Experience and Skills

What you'll bring:

  • 7+ years of experience working in a data/IT/software business, financial services, telecoms or engineering industry.
  • Knowledge of organizational structure, business strategy and process design, strategic and operational experience.
  • Project management and Lean thinking focus having a Lean Six Sigma certification and continuous improvement mindset.
  • Experience in capacity management and workflow analysis.
  • Customer Service and Delivery skills and good understanding of the product lifecycle.
  • Experience coordinating implementation approach across multiple locations and teams, working with Senior Leaders.
  • Experience managing and delivering service improvement and knowledge sharing.
  • Experience facilitating brainstorming workshops.
  • Experience working in matrix organization, forming, and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Financial Management and financial data analysis competencies.
  • Expertise with BI and statistical reporting tools (Power BI or Tableau, Minitab).
  • Experience using Innovation and AI tools.
