Propósito del cargo
Planear, ejecutar y medir iniciativas de comunicación interna y marca empleador para Spanish Latam. El rol gestiona canales, contenidos, campañas, eventos y acciones de marca empleador que mantienen a los colaboradores informados, conectados y comprometidos con la estrategia, la cultura y el propósito de Experian.
También contribuye a fortalecer engagement, orgullo de pertenencia, bienestar, reconocimiento y una experiencia de trabajo con menos barreras para hacer bien el trabajo.
Entregables principales
- Calendario editorial regional planificado, priorizado y actualizado.
- Campañas internas regionales para Recursos Humanos, cultura, engagement, bienestar, sostenibilidad, DEI y negocio.
- Gestión de Plataforma de Comunicaciones Internas: publicación, segmentación, optimización y seguimiento de contenidos.
- Contenidos escritos, visuales y audiovisuales para canales y audiencias internas.
- Acciones de marca empleador internas y externas, alineadas con la cultura de la compañía y lineamientos globales y regionales.
- Comunicación de eventos corporativos, town halls, iniciativas regionales y momentos clave de experiencia del colaborador.
- Coordinación de agencias, proveedores y aliados de comunicación, diseño, producción audiovisual, eventos y contenidos digitales.
- Indicadores de comunicación interna, engagement de canales y efectividad de campañas, con aprendizajes y recomendaciones.
Responsabilidades del cargo
Planear, coordinar y ejecutar la comunicación interna regional para Spanish Latam, asegurando claridad, consistencia narrativa y alineación estratégica.
Gestionar el calendario editorial regional, integrando comunicaciones globales, prioridades regionales, necesidades locales, campañas y fechas clave.
Crear, editar y publicar noticias, comunicados, entrevistas, campañas, piezas informativas y contenidos especiales para los canales internos.
Administrar la plataforma de comunicación interna, garantizando actualización, calidad editorial, segmentación adecuada y seguimiento de métricas.
Traducir necesidades del negocio y de Recursos Humanos en mensajes, campañas y contenidos simples, atractivos y accionables.
Acompañar iniciativas de cultura, talento, bienestar, sostenibilidad, diversidad e inclusión, reconocimiento y engagement.
Desarrollar mensajes estratégicos para líderes, town halls, eventos corporativos, campañas regionales y comunicaciones de alto impacto.
Ejecutar acciones de marca empleador interna y externa, en coordinación con la agenda de cultura, atracción de talento y comunicaciones globales.
Crear contenidos y experiencias que fortalezcan orgullo, conexión con el propósito, participación y percepción de Experian como gran lugar para trabajar.
Proponer formatos innovadores de storytelling, campañas digitales, contenidos audiovisuales y experiencias para impulsar la participación.
Coordinar agencias y proveedores, asegurando calidad, cumplimiento de tiempos, eficiencia y alineación con la marca Experian.
Medir y analizar canales y campañas internas para generar aprendizajes, recomendaciones y mejora continua.
Cuidar los lineamientos de marca, tono, identidad visual y gobierno de comunicaciones internas.
Promover, desde la comunicación, una cultura de cuidado, reconocimiento, inclusión, bienestar, colaboración y alto desempeño.
Educación
- Profesional en Comunicación Social, Comunicación Organizacional, Periodismo, Mercadeo, Publicidad, Relaciones Públicas o carreras afines.
Experiencia
Más de 4 años de experiencia en áreas de comunicación interna, comunicación organizacional, marca empleador, cultura, engagement, recursos humanos, mercadeo corporativo o comunicaciones digitales.
Experiencia deseable en compañías multinacionales, entornos regionales o áreas con múltiples stakeholders.
Conocimientos técnicos requeridos
Comunicación organizacional e interna; redacción corporativa, storytelling y edición de contenidos.
Diseño y ejecución de campañas internas, calendarios editoriales y canales digitales internos.
Manejo de plataformas de comunicación interna o intranet.
Marca empleador y contenidos para redes sociales corporativas.
Gestión de proyectos, proveedores y múltiples stakeholders.
Métricas de comunicación, engagement y desempeño de canales.
Manejo de Microsoft Office.
Experiencia diseñando con PowerPoint
Deseable manejo de Canva, SharePoint, plataformas de employee engagement, mailing, video o analítica digital.
Conocimiento o apertura al uso de inteligencia artificial para optimizar contenidos, análisis, ideación y productividad.

- Inglés avanzado.
