Job description

We would love you to join us at Experian in helping us to shape the future of employer services for Human Resources compliance and outsourcing. We are looking for a Customer Success Manager – EES Verification Fulfillment. You'll help shape a new business at Experian and help to lead market reach of new and existing products in this space.

As the ideal candidate, you'll need to be prioritize opportunities and have a desire for accomplishment. Be a world class problem solver, working across functional units to ensure success. The ability to raise issues before they turn into problems is critical. You also bring creative and strategic solutions to the table to help solve complex problems and is someone who is a change agent to evolve processes and challenge current thinking. You will report to the Customer Success Lead.

What you'll do

  • Ensure client adoption and optimization of the Verification Fulfillment solution
  • Consult with clients on best VOE practices to achieve results
  • Identify concerns by working the clients
  • Coordinate internal support resources to solve identified concerns
  • Cross-collaborate with Sales, Implementation, Solutions, Product, and Data Operations to ensure our service and delivery delivers on 100% client commitments
  • Be a client advocate
  • Surface new product features to remain competitive in the market
  • Collaborate with other leaders on this multi-year, major strategic initiative to build a new business
  • Manage a large enterprise-level project consisting of multiple teams internal and external
  • Influence teams, including senior executives
  • Manage risk in a thoughtful, wise, and logical manner
  • Provide leadership to align technology with goals
  • Lead meetings with partners to discuss program status and goals and resolve open issues
  • Demonstrate comfort initiating/engaging in difficult conversations
  • Grasp new technologies and learning a new business

Experience and Skills

Qualifications

  • Must be able to handle multiple tasks, prioritize multiple work items.
  • Must remain flexible and be comfortable with ambiguity within a constantly changing environment.
  • 3+ years of experience managing transformative projects
  • Knowledge of human capital management systems and HR/Payroll/Tax related product offerings
  • Can expect and navigate obstacles
  • You can interpret data and present professional content to team members
