Junior Product Manager

As a Junior Product Manager you will manage a given product or set of products through the product lifecycle from concept to retirement. You will translate overall product vision into deliverable release items and work with multiple stakeholders, specifically Senior Product Managers and Engineering to launch products.

What you'll do:

• Familiarize with and understand the market, customers and their problems.
• Contribute to the Product strategy and priorities concentrating on great user experiences.
• Propose solutions to address customer needs and expectations.
• Translate the Product vision into deliverable release items by creating sprint goals and user stories with Scrum teams.
• Manage the product backlog - prioritize user stories and requirements through commercial rationale and working with commercial stakeholders.
• Work with cross-functional teams to support products across the portfolio.
• Close collaboration with Product Marketing to ensure that the products and features delivered are taken to market.
• Commercial performance and in-life commercial support of the product: chair product forums, respond to questions on product functionality, main benefits.
• Understand and participate in performance management processes.

What you'll bring:

• Around 2 years of experience in Product Management.
• Experience with Agile environment or knowledge of it.
• Scrum Product Owner Certification advantageous.
• Excellent written and verbal English.
• Experience in client-facing roles, in B2B software/services.
• Experience working with stakeholders.
• Experience communicating technical concepts to a variety of audiences.
• Experience communicating product updates, milestones, and progress to internal and external partners.
• Experience digging into customer feedback, following up to further define issues at all levels.
• Experience working with offshore development teams advantageous.
