Overview

We are looking for an Organizational Communication and Culture Lead who will strengthen organizational clarity and effectiveness, promote a disciplined change management strategy, and improve culture-building efforts.

You will blend organizational change management, business communications, program management and culture activation frameworks. You will translate business and technical concepts into a clear strategy that creates excitement and enhances culture sustainment.

This role partners with senior executives, HR Partners, and other teams to ensure our priorities, culture programs and transformation milestones are communicated. You will report into the HR Business Partner Director.

 

Responsibilities

  • Develop internal communications aligned with our culture, strategy, and priorities.
  • Produce content like leadership messages, transformation updates, organizational announcements, presentations, and talking points.
  • Support the Leadership Team by promoting clarity, agreement and accountability.
  • Translate complex topics—AI enablement, data modernization, operating model changes—into accessible messaging.
  • Promote our culture narrative, ensuring employees understand the expectations for how we work, collaborate, and accomplish goals.
  • Design communication approaches that spotlight success stories, model desired behaviors, and amplify cultural moments.
  • Lead change management plans such as change impact assessments, readiness plans, and communication sequencing.
  • Manage timelines, risks, deliverables, and decision forums tied to transformation and culture programs.
  • Prepare communications for leadership reviews, monthly business updates, and operational governance routines.
  • Track communication and change effectiveness through defined metrics, feedback loops, and readiness indicators.
  • Promote messaging that enables employees to understand priorities, expectations, and our goals.

Experience and Skills

  • You must live within driving distance of Costa Mesa, CA as this is a hybrid position
  • Must be willing to provide previous organizational communication writing samples for the hiring team's review
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher education required
  • 5+ years in business communications, change management, culture, transformation, program management, employee experience, or business operations.
  • Experience partnering with and influencing senior leaders.
  • Project management skils, including planning, risk management, and coordination.
  • Background in Transformation, Change Management, Organizational Development, Culture/Employee Engagement, Human Resources, or Business Operations.
  • Experience supporting operating model changes or multi-team transformation programs.
  • Experience within analytics, product, technology, or data-driven environments.
