Are you a Product Manager or Data Analyst working in a lender or price comparison site, looking to shape the future of credit decisioning and eligibility? Join Experian's Eligibility team, where we build data-driven products that connect consumers with the right financial products—at the right time reporting into our Head of Product.

We partner with leading PCWs and brokers like MoneySuperMarket, ClearScore, and Compare the Market, helping them deliver smarter, more personalised credit journeys. Our white-label solutions power pre-qualification and eligibility experiences across the UK financial ecosystem.

What You'll Do

  • Shape Product Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to define product vision and roadmap.
  • Drive Innovation: Balance core product development with experimentation, prototyping, and new capability exploration.
  • Champion the User: Leverage user research, funnel analytics, and market insights to identify and solve real customer problems.
  • Deliver Outcomes: Work closely with engineering, UX, and commercial teams to launch features that improve conversion, engagement, and lender performance.
  • Measure Impact: Own KPIs across commercial performance, user experience, and operational efficiency.

Essential Experience:

  • Product management or data analytics experience in financial services, credit products, or digital comparison platforms.
  • Strong understanding of conversion funnels, credit eligibility, or consumer decisioning.
  • Passion for product performance, user feedback, and continuous improvement.
  • Experience communicating complex technical concepts to a variety of audiences.

Desirable Skills:

  • Familiarity with Jobs To Be Done, design thinking, and agile delivery.
  • Experience optimising digital journeys, marketing funnels, or credit application flows.
  • Understanding of UX metrics, A/B testing, and data-driven experimentation.
  • Build commercial cases and prioritise roadmap initiatives.
  • Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with data to inform decisions.
