We are seeking a senior commercial leader to drive the growth and strategic positioning of our Public Sector business. This role will be responsible for leading key Public Financial Institutions while orchestrating a unified, cross-functional strategy across Federal and State Government initiatives. The position combines direct revenue accountability with strategic leadership to build a scalable and sustainable public sector business line.

Experience and Skills

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Leadership & Business Development
• Define and execute the go-to-market strategy for Public Financial Institutions and Government (Federal & State).
• Identify and develop new business opportunities beyond traditional tender-based models.
• Position the company as a strategic partner in data, analytics, fraud prevention, and credit solutions within the public ecosystem.

2. Account Leadership – Public Large Banks
• Lead and expand relationships with key public financial institutions (e.g., Banco do Brasil, Caixa);
• Drive revenue growth through portfolio expansion (credit, fraud, identity, analytics, data platforms);
• Manage complex, multi-stakeholder environments with executive-level engagement.

3. Cross-Functional Orchestration (Dotted-Line Leadership)
• Coordinate sales, pre-sales, legal, bid management, and delivery teams across all public sector initiatives;
• Ensure alignment, governance, and efficiency in public tenders (Lei 14.133) and strategic deals;
• Act as a central point of integration for all public sector-related activities.

4. New Business Line Development
• Design and incubate new solutions and revenue streams tailored to government needs;
• Explore partnerships and ecosystem opportunities (e.g., public-private initiatives, data platforms);
• Scale successful use cases across federal and state levels.

5. Executive Engagement & Influence
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders across government entities and public institutions;
• Represent the company in high-level discussions, forums, and strategic negotiations;
• Influence decision-making processes in complex regulatory and institutional environments.



Qualifications & Experience
• Proven experience in enterprise B2B sales leadership, preferably in Financial Services, Data, or Technology;
• Strong track record managing large, complex accounts and multi-million revenue portfolios;
• Experience working with or selling to the public sector (government, public banks, or regulated industries);
• Deep understanding of public procurement processes (e.g., Lei 14.133) is highly desirable;
• Ability to navigate matrix organizations and cross-functional environments;
• Strong strategic thinking combined with execution discipline.
