Software Developer – Tech Leadear

We are seeking a Senior Software Developer to act as the primary technical reference within the squad. This role requires strong hands-on development skills, as well as ownership of technical decisions and contribution to sprint planning and future roadmap discussions. The professional will work closely with the Product team to understand business needs, help translate requirements into technical solutions, and ensure timely and high-quality deliveries.

In addition, this role involves supporting the squad’s day-to-day activities, mentoring other developers, improving technical processes, and ensuring best engineering practices are followed. The ideal candidate has solid experience with .NET, works comfortably in cloud environments such as Azure and AWS, and has strong knowledge of Kubernetes, RabbitMQ, MongoDB, and CI/CD pipelines. Experience with scalable, distributed systems and a collaborative mindset are essential for success in this position.
