Global Strategic Pricing Analyst

Role Summary:

We have a unique opportunity to further develop and unify our pricing AI capabilities - Diamond and Einstein - evolving Pricing towards an agentic future with multiple perspectives of value, complemented by an excellent ability to reconcile the competing perspectives to promote pricing decision support. The new Global Strategic

Pricing Analyst will help link pricing activities to P&L impact; this requires a technical background in machine learning, combined with a commercial skills to calculate multiple dimensions of performance drivers., we will find someone who has a blend of commercial knowledge and experience in applying machine learning for commercial impact.

What You'll Do:

• Develop advanced analytics and pricing AI, enabling business stakeholders to make the highest quality pricing decisions.
• Leverage machine learning, Generative AI (GenAI) and agentic AI, to maximise profitable growth and in the process, evolve pricing capabilities.
• Develop and deploy AI/ML models for pricing optimisation, client segmentation, and risk-adjusted pricing.
• Ensure AI models are explainable, auditable, and aligned with regulatory and ethical standards.
• Innovate and improve pricing AI technologies, maintaining thought leadership and technological superiority.
• Maintain awareness of advancements in AI and supporting technologies which will support the ongoing evolution of capabilities within global Pricing.

More About You:

• Relevant bachelor's degree background (Mathematics/Science/Analytics/Finance with at least 4 years of experience in commercial pricing proficiency in coding languages such as python, R, and SQL.
• Experience applying machine learning for commercial impact
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global environment.
