We are looking for a Director of Product Management – Year End, ACA Reporting and Pay Statements who will oversee a portfolio of products, driving strategy, alignment, and execution across the product lifecycle. In this role, you will define and execute the product strategy with internal and external stakeholders balancing priorities, revenue impact, and client driven initiatives. You exhibit technical acumen and and business savvy with a curiosity to learn and willingness to collaborate. You will define product vision, shaping the roadmap, translating market and client needs into applicable plans, and ensuring solutions meet Experian's growth, compliance, and customer satisfaction goals.

We are looking for a strategic, market-facing product leader who thrives in a start-up-like environment within a global enterprise. You must be comfortable building new solutions, scaling teams, navigating complexity, and influencing a broad cross-functional stakeholder set.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee multiple products including Year End, ACA Reporting and Pay Statements.
  • Focus on strategy, product alignment, market intelligence, insight, regulatory considerations, and cross-functional consistency.
  • Be contributor to broader EES strategy, ensuring the roadmap supports enterprise objectives.
  • Drive both internal and external evangelism, partnerships, and ecosystem expansion opportunities, including M&A exploration.
  • Manage and develop Product Managers and Product Owners, encouraging performance and a culture of accountability.
  • Hire, coach, mentor, and performance management across the product organization.
  • Serve as the bridge between product teams and executive stakeholders, ensuring alignment, transparency, and cross-functional effectiveness.
  • Promote strategy and communicating product roadmaps to audiences at all organizational levels.
  • Build a team that is bold, innovative, collaborative, and pushes boundaries.
  • You will report to the VP of Product Management

Experience and Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 8+ years of experience building software products.
  • 5 + years of experience in employer services, with expertise in payroll, tax statements, and/or ACA experience.
  • Experience delivering successful digital products or platforms.
  • Experience with Agile/Lean software development methodologies.
  • Employer Services Industry Expert – Deep experience in employer services with a focus on operations, client success, compliance-heavy products, and product management.
  • Experience leading, influencing and building consensus across diverse stakeholders and teams.
  • Experience managing initiatives from concept to execution with minimal structure.
  • Experience in client engagement, industry evangelism, partner collaboration, and external thought leadership
  • Ability to pick up new tools, technologies, and processes as well as learn new products and industries.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The base pay range for this position is listed above. Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors such as job-related experience, and education. You will be also eligible for a variable pay opportunity.
