Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated IGA Delivery Lead to join our Global Security Office. This role is critical in ensuring the successful delivery of IGA initiatives, including identity management integration projects, feature enhancements and process improvements. The IGA Delivery Lead will serve as the IGA Agile project owner and will work closely with global, cross-functional teams to drive Agile service delivery, develop and track project plans, measure delivery quality and provide effective stakeholder communications. 

 

Responsibilities

Agile Process Leadership

  • Lead daily team stand-up meetings to track progress and resolve issues.
  • Establish and maintain team Agile project templates and processes.
  • Facilitate release planning, backlog management, and retrospectives.
  • Ensure adherence to Agile principles and continuous improvement.

Project Management

  • Develop project plans and technical specifications from business requirements.
  • Collaborate with engineering and architecture teams to validate solution designs.
  • Drive project delivery across stakeholders ensuring dependencies are in place to support engineering work.
  • Support IAM Program Manager by aligning IGA projects with IAM program deliverables.
  • Communicate project updates, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders.

Quality Assurance

  • Coordinate and document required testing phases across stakeholders for IGA projects.
  • Drive testing standardization, automation and process improvements.
  • Maintain and monitor quality delivery metrics (FTTR).

Risk & Compliance

  • Identify and assess risks associated with identity and access management projects.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant security policies, audit requirements, and regulatory frameworks (e.g., SOX, GDPR, HIPAA).
  • Support audit activities and provide evidence of compliance as needed. 
  • Collaboration, Support & Governance
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, security, and business stakeholders, to deliver IGA solutions and resolve project issues.
  • Partner with IAM engagement team to drive continuous improvement of upstream requirement definition.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess program effectiveness and support continuous improvement.

Experience and Skills

Qualifications

  • 5 to 8 years of project management experience in technology.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).
  • Experience managing software delivery testing for complex environments.
  • Experience managing projects involving identity management platforms (e.g. SailPoint Identity Service Cloud, Saviynt Enterprise Identity Cloud, or similar).
  • Strong understanding of Identity & Access Management concepts including SSO, MFA, SAML, OAuth, OIDC, SCIM, and identity lifecycle processes.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex technical deliverables.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Proficient in English both verbally and in writing. Preferred
  • Relevant project management certifications (PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or equivalent).
  • Technical background in security engineering, software development, or identity architecture.
  • Familiarity with compliance and security frameworks related to identity management.
