  • System administration of developer productivity tooling
  • Perform audits and housekeeping on productivity tools to ensure effective performance, storage and maintenance of the systems
  • Deliver Continual Improvement initiatives across productivity tooling applications, support processes and data integrations such as BOTs for data cleansing & enrichment.
  • Deliver regular license reporting and manage license volumes based on policy, adoption and usage
  • Support the wider team accountability to develop new ways of reporting, presenting MI, shaping delivery processes, and exploring new tools and ways of working to further enhance the Business Management Tooling framework within Experian

Experience and Skills

  • 2+ years of experience in system administration and operational support
  • Experience of development practices, DevOps and Linux/UNIX
  • Proficiency with reporting and data visualization (e.g. Power BI, Excel, PM tools) and automation capability (BOT/SQL/etc.)
  • 2+ years of experience in Information Technology and in a Technology Operations or DevOps environment.
  • Ability to issue commands via command line interface within a Linux based environment.
  • Experience with software architectural patterns and cloud-based technologies
