Technical Program Manager (TPM) to manage end to end delivery of key technology projects using Agile/Scrum methodology. Responsible to run Agile ceremonies for the team including Sprint Planning, Sprint Demo, Retrospective and Daily Stand Ups. Be a bridge between engineering and product; Perform executive status reporting, change management, current state assessments, future state roadmap, and transition planning for technology modernization.

You will be reporting to a Senior Manager.

You will have to WFO 2 days a week from Hyderabad being it the work place as its a hybrid working

Experience and Skills

  • Technical Program Management - Project Execution/ Budgeting/ Forecasting/ RAID tracking
  • Scrum, Agile, SDLC, AWS Cloud
  • 8+ years of experience as a TPM driving large scale SDLC projects in Agile/Scrum methodology
