1.         Prepares and distributes questionnaires on product requirements to clients. Collects relevant client information to aid in product application development.

2.         Participates in client meetings and conference calls to clarify information.

3.         Develops, creates, and implements processes and procedures for product utilization with accompanying documentation.

4.         Develops implementation schedules and monitors project adherence to deadlines.  Communicates and collaborates with internal technical personnel and functional groups to deliver product systems.

5.         Documents the product application building process.

6.         Develops quality specifications and tests systems to ensure delivery of complete product solutions.

7.         Trains client users on product technical and standard processes and prepares and delivers training materials.

8.         Communicates with clients to facilitate implementation and provide prompt responses to questions and concerns.

Experience and Skills

 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Good knowledge of a specific product and its applications.
  • Typically requires a minimum of 2 years related experience.
  • Good knowledge of cloud products
  • Good knowledge of Windows/Unix/Linux/Cloud environments.
  • Good oral and written communication skills
