Role Summary:

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic individual to be part of our Strategic Sales Team to identify and develop commercial and / or strategic partnership with partners and affiliates to achieve company’s objectives, strategic goals.  The candidate should have good attitude, customer centric mindset, deal making, team player, creative, opportunist and enjoy working in competitive environment in credit reporting industry and data analytics. 

 

What you’ll be doing:

  •  To drive strategic engagement, oversees performance of the team, ensuring both individuals and the team’s target are met
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue and client retention
  • Deliver great experience to Client and affiliates by presenting our brand and be the frontline liaison internally and externally
  • Prospecting, identify and seek opportunity with other potential new client with the aim to work together and achieve target given while providing key values to both parties
  • Portfolio management which includes maintaining good relationship with existing client, look for additional pocket of opportunities to upsell and cross sell, for both existing and new product and services
  • Analyze current sales strategy and suggest solutions for improvement for the team, with a more strategic and long term focus
  • Share ideas, feedback and input pertaining consumer’s product or marketing with the aim to grow the business
  • Develop and promote weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales objective which include sales target and forecast
  • Supervising, mentoring and giving guidance to the team, track and monitor the team overall performance and align team performance to Team target
  • Support the negotiation and contracting process with client, partners, and affiliates
  • Work closely with the HODs to have effective communications across different team, and coordinate with senior management on strategy plan and execution. internally and externally on our products, strategies, and updates with the aim of effective communication sharing, grow the business and close relationship

Experience and Skills

More About You:

  • Bachelor of Degree / Advanced/Higher/Graduate Information Technology, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent
  • A minimum of 5 years working experience in B2B Sales (solution sales) with preferably with at least 2 years leading experience
  • Skilled in team management, mentoring, strategic planning and positive attitude in driving timebound initiatives to successful goal
