Senior RPA Administrator – IAM

Summary

As a Senior RPA Administrator – IAM within Experian's Global Security Office and Identity & Access Management (IAM) organization, you will help promote automation-led security operations. Your primary focus will improve and modernize IAM processes through scripting, workflow automation, and governance automation frameworks. You will support operational oversight and implement IAM automation projects. Applying your hands‑on automation expertise, you will enhance visibility, reduce manual effort, and strengthen Experian's overall security posture. You will report to the Systems Security Supervisor.

Main Responsibilities

  • Automate operational monitoring of work volume and Service level agreement compliance, reducing manual review and allowing proactive resolution of IAM tasks.
  • Lead governance automation by designing and deploying preventive and detective controls that enforce adherence to internal security policies at scale.
  • Develop automated compliance reporting and dashboards that deliver real‑time, executive-ready insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Identify and prioritize automation opportunities by evaluating IAM workflows, uncovering inefficiencies, and implementing streamlined, standardized, or AI‑driven solutions.
  • Own end-to-end delivery of IAM automation projects, including planning, design, execution, testing, documentation, and partner communication.
  • Develop and maintain scripts and automation tools to support medium-scale automation efforts across provisioning, governance, and compliance processes.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to translate operational needs into automated workflows that enhance accuracy, speed, and control.

Experience and Skills

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience designing, deploying, and maintaining automation solutions.
  • Experience leading projects workstreams, including coordination, planning, and risk mitigation.
  • Ability to identify process inefficiencies and implement automation or standardization.
  • Experience building automated compliance metrics, dashboards, and reporting pipelines for senior leadership.
  • Experience breaking down complex issues, design remediation steps, and collaborate to provide automated solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with scripting languages (including Python) and automation platforms with a focus on process optimization and the implementation of medium‑scale automation solutions using tools such as Automation Anywhere, Power Automate, BluePrism, Python or UIPath.

Ideal Qualifications (Preferred but not mandatory)

  • 2+ years of experience in IT access security administration with an emphasis on automation-led operations.
