Experian is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Costa Rica operations. Reporting to the Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, you'll partner with hiring managers to understand goals, assess hiring needs, develop selection criteria, and manage searches through the full recruitment life cycle. You'll serve as a trusted advisor to both candidates and hiring managers, ensuring seamless experience for all.

What You'll Do

  • Consult with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Lead searches from sourcing to offer, using innovative techniques and high-quality recruitment technology.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines, proactively identifying top candidates.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
  • Collaborate with HR colleagues and cross-functional partners to achieve business hiring goals.
  • Actively identify and resolve challenges impeding search success, implementing creative solutions.
  • Mentor and share best practices with team members, supporting a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

Experience and Skills

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of full cycle technical recruiting corporate matrix environment
  • Experience working in LinkedIn Recruiter, Applicant Tracking Systems, Talent CRMs and multiple online collaboration tools.
  • Customer service oriented and able to build partnerships with HR and hiring managers
  • Advanced English skills
