Software Engineer - Associate

Job description

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Java Full Stack Engineer with hands-on experience in frontend frameworks (Angular or React)and cloud platforms (AWS). Responsible for developing, and maintaining scalable web applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness of the applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable web applications using Java (Spring Boot) on the backend.
• Build responsive user interfaces using Angular and React frameworks.
• Work with RESTful APIs and integrate frontend with backend services.
• Deploy and manage applications on AWS cloud services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, etc.).
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle – design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following best practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers, backend engineers, and DevOps to deliver high-quality products.

Required Skills

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in Java (Spring/Spring Boot) development
• Strong experience with Angular (v10+) and ReactJS
• Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript
• Experience in working with RESTful APIs, JSON, and Microservices
• Hands-on experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, CloudWatch, RDS
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions) and version control (Git)
• Experience with unit testing frameworks (JUnit, Jasmine, Karma) is a plus
• Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, oracle)
• Good communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes) is an advantage
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
