Senior R2R Acquisition Analyst

  • Identification and delivery of relevant GFS R2R related tasks and provide progress updates, risks / mitigants to the Finance GFS delivery lead, R2R Leads, and other stakeholders
  • Work with GPOs to set up and transfer to Experian systems and processes and close down legacy system / processes - for the following:-
    • General Ledger, Cash Management, Fixed assets & Leases, Intercompany rules
    • Provide access and training to Acquired Entities’ Finance Team, for Experian Accounting Systems
    • Create and agree Post integration plan, collaborating across the different functions, update stakeholders with progress, issues and decisions
    • Assist & improving team operating rhythm through Empower+ operation maturity framework

Experience and Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent work experience is required.
  • A minimum of 3 - 5 years related experience in General Ledger/FA/CM/IC modules or Project Management are required.
  • Sound knowledge of accounting fundamentals and ability to identify risk areas in reviews required and action upon.
  • Good communicator, confident in interacting with all levels of individuals across a variety of internal functions (remote or on site) with excellent interpersonal skill to build relationships with a range of stakeholders
  • Ability to effectively manage time and resources against agreed deadlines, with ability to work independently
  • Proactive, flexible and “can do” attitude to ensure that task is achieved
