Senior Product Specialist - Fraud and ID

The Fraud and ID BSO (Business Support and Optimization) team is a multinational team of Business experts with massive experience in the Fraud and ID solutions and processes. You will report into the ID&F BSO Team Lead.

What you will do:

  • Design, implement and support end-to-end Fraud and ID business solutions, ensuring they meet quality standards and client requirements.
  • Analyze software configurations, identify ways to improve system and performance
  • Use product knowledge and subject matter expertise to contribute to strategic and technical solution design / enhancement to support a client's ongoing needs
  • Prepare reports and analyzing Indicators for measuring and assessing system performance
  • Lead end-to-end client solution business reviews and facilitate associated workshops and client meetings
  • Contribute to Business Support related cases, incident, and problem management issues, working with 1st / 2nd / 3rd lines of support
  • Design product features and helping product evolvement by suggests improvements and identifying gaps
  • Conduct comprehensive analysis of business processes, and data to identify opportunities for improvement

Experience and Skills

What you'll bring:

  • At least 5 years of experience working in a customer-focused function preferably as Business Analyst, Product Owner, Technical/Business Support, Risk Analyst, Data Analyst or relevant
  • Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Finance or equivalent related work experience
  • Fluency in spoken and written English
  • Experience of Microsoft excel (can perform complex functions) required
  • Ability to interpret client business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements
  • Experience of data extraction, formulation and analysis
  • Working knowledge in SQL and tools i.e. SQL Developer
  • Readiness to embrace technology and available tools to best facilitate regional team working i.e. Live Meeting, Video Calls, document/ knowledge repositories

It will be considered an advantage if you have:

  • Experience in Fraud & ID solutions
  • Knowledge in client onboarding and support lifecycle and associated processes
  • Working knowledge of XML/JSON
  • Certification in ITIL
  • Project Management experience
