Senior Implementation Analyst

Job description

An Implementation Analyst is a key role within the UK Decisioning Software Delivery function and is responsible for technical configuration, solution deployments and contribute to identifying potential new best practices on client solution implementations throughout the project delivery lifecycle.
Our Implementation team work in a fast-paced cloud-based environment which embodies the principles of continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD).  Our Experian One platform is at the forefront of our ambitions to build and delivery cloud-based solutions for our clients and this role will be leading the charge into this area.

The Analyst role is a member of the Implementation team, has a good knowledge of the other functions required within the wider teams and works to ensure deployments are performant and follow best practice standards.  
The right individual will help Experian deliver its cloud-based strategy whilst also reaping the rewards of personal development working on the latest cloud-based technologies.

• You will be #LI-hybrid based in Hyderabad and reporting to Cluster Head
• You will support internal teams on product and solution implementation
• Contribute to identifying potential new best practice for all aspect of Implementation team activities
• You will provide project cover when needed e.g. Holidays or to cover increased demand
• High level PostgreSQL DBA task awareness
• Ensure that the optimal Performance Tuning settings are applied for the deliver
• Contribute to the Implementation Knowledge base (Confluence pages)

Qualifications

• Motivated SRE / Implementer with 5+yrs of experience focused on continuous improvement and collaboration
• Knowledge of secure software/solution concepts and architecture
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall project delivery methods
• Proficient in XML, SQL, relational databases, and Jira
• Expertise in writing detailed and accurate knowledge articles and specifications
• Experience with Change Management processes
• Familiar with key technologies and platforms: Jira, ServiceNow, Confluence, Jenkins, SQL, Kubernetes (EKS), Bitbucket, AWS (EC2/RDS), SPLUNK, Java Tuning, SSMS/DBeaver, Dynatrace, Terminal/Linux commands
