Role Overview

We are looking for someone who excels in complex ecosystems, is comfortable navigating new and evolving data sets, and can lead the development and launch of game-changing products. You bring strong experience in financial services and/or open banking, with a lens toward cashflow solutions.

You will define and execute the product strategy for North America B2B cashflow capabilities, working across the region and in close partnership with global teams. This is a remote role reporting to the SVP of Data, Analytics, & Platform.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the launch of new products guided by market intelligence, customer feedback, and opportunity size
  • Participate in customer calls and engage with internal stakeholders to understand "jobs to be done," using these insights to shape and prioritize the product roadmap
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the competitive landscape and evolving customer needs, including how businesses manage cashflow, while driving adoption and achieving business targets
  • Partner closely with Sales to gather feedback and support go-to-market efforts; represent the product externally and deliver thought leadership
  • Identify new data, partner, and integration opportunities to enhance cashflow capabilities and drive product growth and revenue
  • Collaborate across multiple functions, business units, and partners to grow and protect the business

Experience and Skills

  • 8+ years of product management experience
  • Experience in financial services and/or open banking, ideally with exposure to cashflow or adjacent domains
  • Strong knowledge of Agile processes and principles
  • Experience working with both existing and emerging products
  • Experience in the healthcare industry
  • Experience effectively engaging stakeholders at all levels, including Director and VP audiences
  • Experience collaborating across Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, and other internal teams

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The base pay range for this position is listed above. Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors such as job-related skills, experience, and education. You will be also eligible for a variable pay opportunity.
