We are looking for a hands-on Senior Finance Manager to be an important partner for the Housing finance team. Housing is an area of critical future competitive advantage for Experian. We anticipate disproportionate product growth through multiple homegrown solutions and acquisitions. You will report to the Chief Finance Officer for the EVH Team and work remotely from home in the United States.

What you'll do

You will be a critical partner and advisor to the business, providing financial, analytical, and strategic insight on P&L, investments, and complex partner agreements. You will influence decisions on investment strategies for products, identify market drivers for profitability, and support resource allocation.

  • Partner with business departments such as product management and development, sales, marketing, pricing, and service & delivery teams to provide clear insights and visibility to guide revenue and EBIT growth opportunities
  • Manage the P&L, ensure budgets are achieved, and manage important financial processes for month-end/quarter-end close requirements, annual budget, forecasts, and strategy plan. This includes planning communication such as internal executive meetings, coordination of presentations to executive leadership, and collaboration with all partners
  • Coordinate acquisition-related finance integration activities helping the business achieve its goals

  • Determine metrics to monitor and review the effectiveness of investments and advise on future spending
  • Develop new tools, dashboards, and processes to guide scalable insight. Improve current processes as we integrate the different businesses, looking for opportunities to automate while applying financial discipline and collaborating with partners to deliver the broader CIS business strategy

  • Establish best practices, embrace and promote a culture that emphasizes accountability, integrity, partnership and transparency
