We would love you to join us at Experian in helping us to shape the future of employer services for Human Resources compliance and outsourcing. We are looking for a Product Operations Manager to enhance the performance of our Employer Services Product team. You'll help shape a new business at Experian and help to guide market reach of our products in this space.

We are excited by a candidate eager to join a startup atmosphere, someone who instills confidence in internal and external partners.

As the Product Operations Manager, you will strengthen the operations of our Employer Services Product team, driving smoother execution and faster outcomes. You'll lead the charge in architecting scalable operational frameworks, instilling best practices, and driving team collaboration that accelerates product development and elevates customer experience. Your mandate is to eliminate friction, operationalize strategy, and empower our Product Managers (PMs) to operate at their highest leverage.

This is a role ideal for a curious thinker with deep HR Tech experience who excels in productive environments. You will develop and scale product operations infrastructure, with an emphasis on AI-powered tools, data-driven insights, and strategic enablement. You will report to Experian's Senior Director of Product Management.

What you'll do:

Strategic Enablement & Product Empowerment

  • Lead the product operating model—defining rituals, tools, templates, and dashboards that align with team goals and lifecycle stage needs.
  • Champion the use of AI tools to standardize and accelerate the development of user stories, documentation, and competitive intelligence gathering.
  • Partner with PMs to identify operational pain points and implement tooling, templates, and frameworks to guide decision-making and execution velocity.

Process Optimization & Workflow Management

  • Systematize and improve product development workflows.
  • Reduce manual work by introducing automation and tooling for documentation, communication planning, and collaboration.
  • Maintain and evolve the Product team's tech stack, ensuring tools are adopted and delivering measurable value.

Insights and Data Activation

  • Transform product insights into strategic action by managing how data is captured and used across the Product organization.
  • Partner with Finance, Data, and GTM teams to track performance and develop dashboards to guide product investment and prioritization decisions.

Leadership and Go-to-Market

  • Be the connective tissue between Product, Engineering, Legal, Compliance, Customer Success, and Marketing.
  • Orchestrate go-to-market planning by developing product launch frameworks.
  • Ensure tight coordination with Product Marketing to translate product readiness into messaging, enablement, and launch success.
