Join our cybersecurity team and help reduce organizational risk through data-driven insights. In this internship, you will work on projects that combine user behavior analysis, security reports to support training and improve risk visibility across the organization.

  • Collaborate with Metrics & Reporting, Cyber Fusion Center, and Security Engineering teams to integrate threat intelligence and telemetry.
  • Analyze user behavior trends to inform specific training, coaching, and communication strategies.
  • You will help manage social media channels for internal security communities.
  • Explore the use of Generative AI and identify opportunities for the Security Training & Awareness team to use these tools and methodologies.
  • Support Cybersecurity Awareness Month by delivering virtual events and awareness materials throughout October.
  • Perform tasks, including mailbox management, audit requests, and updates to work intake forms.

Experience and Skills

  • Pursue a degree in Comportamiento Organizacional, Salud Ocupacional, or Psychology.
  • Knowledge in data analytics, automation, and data visualization/reporting tools.
  • English proficiency of at least B2
  • You must be enrolled in the university for the next 9 months of the internship.
  • Be available to start in May 2026.
  • You will receive a subsidy of $1,000 a month for the 9-month internship.

Additional Information

This is a remote internship in Costa Rica. No relocation available.
