Sales Training Specialist – AutoCheck (Remote)

The Sales Training Specialist will own the creation and delivery of training programs for our AutoCheck product. You will be the primary source of product training across sales channels—providing our internal sales teams, strategic partners, and third-party sellers with the tools they need to sell effectively. You will be responsible for developing all training content, ensuring consistency, clarity, and alignment with product capabilities and sales strategies. You will report to the VP, Sales and Business Operations.

  • Product Mastery & Sales Enablement:
    • Independently design, develop, and maintain all training materials, including slide decks, videos, e-learning modules, job aids, onboarding guides, and reference tools.
    • Ensure all content is current, accurate, engaging, and aligned with the AutoCheck product roadmap and go-to-market priorities.
    • Evaluate and update training programs as products evolve or as feedback is received from the field.
    • Collaborate with internal product experts to gain a deep, up-to-date understanding of the AutoCheck product and how it applies to each user group.
  • Training Delivery & Facilitation:
    • Deliver engaging training sessions across multiple formats, including one-on-one coaching, small group sessions, webinars, and large-scale presentations.
    • Tailor training approaches based on audience needs, experience levels, and delivery context (virtual or in-person)
    • Provide training for all user groups including internal sales employees, external partners, and third-party sales representatives.
  • Program Execution & Continuous Improvement:
    • Maintain a consistent training schedule and support onboarding for new hires and partner integrations.
    • Collect feedback from learners and stakeholders to improve content and delivery.
    • Track participation and effectiveness of training initiatives where applicable.
  • Travel:
    • Travel as needed to deliver in-person training, support partner enablement, and attend sales or product events.

Experience and Skills

  • 3–5 years of experience in sales training, enablement, or instructional content development, with a record of independently creating learning content.
  • Background in automotive industry, specific to used vehicle sales, digital marketing, and dealership operations."
  • Background in B2B Saas products and data applications
  • Experience translating complex product features into compelling, easy-to-understand, audience-appropriate training content and practical use cases
  • Excellent facilitation skills, with comfort across all group sizes and training formats.
  • Proficiency with training content creation tools (e.g., Articulate, PowerPoint, Camtasia) and virtual delivery platforms (e.g., MS Teams).
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and adult learning principles.
