We invite you to join us at Experian in shaping the future of employer services for Human Resources compliance and outsourcing. We are seeking a Multimedia Specialist to help drive the market penetration of new and existing product lines in this space.

What you'll be doing

  • Creative Management: Manage creative projects, setting clear objectives and expectations. Develop and implement creative strategies that align with business goals.
  • Project Management: Oversee multiple projects from conceptualization through completion, ensuring all deliverables meet high standards of quality and are delivered on time.
  • Brand Development: Elevate our brand through innovative and compelling visual content that resonates with internal and external audiences. Ensure all creative materials uphold our brand standards and strategy.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and sales to deliver cohesive and impactful creative solutions. Resolve technical and design issues in collaboration with editors, producers, and other designers.
  • Content Creation: Lead the creation of PowerPoint projects, animated graphics, infographics, kinetic typography, and video pre/post-production. Conceptualize, layout, and design engaging motion graphics and videos for various media platforms.
  • Client Interaction: Meet with internal clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional partners to determine project scope and provide strategic advice on reaching target audiences. Present design concepts to senior-level management.
  • Vendor Management: Coordinate creative and production processes with outside vendors, monitoring performance and adherence to project deadlines.

 

What your background looks like

  • Experience: 5 years of experience in visual communications, preferably within a corporate or agency environment. Proven track record of delivering high-quality design projects.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field from a university or accredited art school; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Technical Skills: Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, InDesign), Canva and video editing software (Premiere, After Effects). Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, with a focus on PowerPoint, and an aptitude for learning new tools.
  • Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing high-end presentation design skills and a clean design aesthetic.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills. Ability to manage multiple projects creatively, efficiently, and thoroughly in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Demonstrated ability to communicate project deadlines and updates effectively with internal clients and vendors when needed. Adaptable and flexible with the ability to pivot designs as needed.
