El propósito del cargo de Jefe Comercial de Cuentas Estratégicas es liderar la gestión y el desarrollo de relaciones comerciales con clientes B2B clave, impulsando el crecimiento sostenible del negocio a través de soluciones personalizadas basadas en datos. Este rol estratégico busca identificar oportunidades de valor conjunto, diseñar propuestas comerciales innovadoras y liderar negociaciones de alto impacto. Con una visión integral del entorno corporativo, el ejecutivo combina habilidades analíticas, consultivas y de liderazgo para fortalecer la fidelización de clientes, maximizar la rentabilidad y posicionar a la organización como un socio estratégico en sectores como banca, fintech y seguros.
Responsabilidades:
- Gestionar y fortalecer relaciones comerciales con cuentas estratégicas B2B, identificando oportunidades de crecimiento y generación de valor conjunto.
- Diseñar e implementar estrategias de vinculación comercial personalizadas, alineadas con las necesidades específicas de cada cliente.
- Elaborar propuestas de valor y soluciones a medida, apalancadas en el portafolio de productos y servicios de Experian.
- Impulsar la venta de soluciones innovadoras, incluyendo consultoría especializada, plataformas tecnológicas, desarrollo de scores y modelos analíticos avanzados.
- Liderar procesos de negociación comercial de alto impacto, asegurando la satisfacción del cliente y la rentabilidad del negocio.
- Cumplir con el presupuesto de ingresos asignado al segmento, garantizando el logro de metas comerciales trimestrales y anuales.
- Coordinar con áreas internas (productos, riesgos, marketing, operaciones y tecnología) para asegurar una ejecución eficiente y alineada con las expectativas del cliente.

Formación Académica
- Título universitario en Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería de Sistemas, Informática, Administración de Empresas o carreras afines.
Experiencia Profesional
- Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en áreas comerciales, preferiblemente con clientes corporativos en sectores como banca, fintech o seguros.
Habilidades Blandas
- Capacidad de análisis y pensamiento crítico.
- Habilidades de comunicación efectiva.
- Experiencia en gestión comercial y fidelización de clientes.
- Alta capacidad de negociación y trabajo colaborativo.
