The HR Project Specialist - Talent and Learning will play an integral role in ensuring the effective delivery and embedding of global Talent and Learning Programmes in their early stages. Programmes such as the development of our career framework, and the ongoing evolution of our Career Hub and development of world-class Leadership Development offering form a critical piece of our global HR strategy. The project manager will play a central role in building and delivering change and communications plans, supporting adoption and engagement in our programmes during the all-important ‘stand-up’ phase.

Reporting to the Agile Delivery Lead and working closely with product owners in the Global Leadership, Talent & Learning teams, the role holder’s primary responsibility will be to project manage the development and implementation of new talent and learning products. The professional will use change management strategies and communication plans to support the development and evolution of needs-based solutions that maximise leader and employee adoption and usage.

The Project Manager may work on a single major product, or the development of several smaller products from initial value canvas development, through project initiation, development, release testing and activation before ensuring the smooth transition of products post-development to the Shared Service Centre.

The role holder will play an integral part in ensuring effective planning of the project, impact measurement, release planning and communications planning as the project evolves. The individual will also be critical in ensuring the identification and tracking of key project milestones and communicating with a range of key stakeholders.

Working closely with members of the global talent and learning team, regional talent team, HRBPs and leaders, the role holder will blend both knowledge of change management and HR process best practice, with a clear understanding of agile project management approaches. They will also have a sound understanding of the overall Global People Strategy and will recognise and connect how these programmes form part of the wider holistic plan to drive enhanced business performance across Experian.

Responsible for the project management of the products developed by the global Talent and Learning product managers - this is likely to include Strategic Workforce Planning, Leadership Development, Technology Skills, etc:
