What you need to have

  • 12+ Years of experience in the financial services industry in a product role or business intelligence domain with strong understanding of lending business, payments in the digital team of a Bank, large NBFC or a Fintech.
  • Agile Product development and Data Analytics expertise
  • Experience in actively supporting sales teams achieve revenues and EBIT targets
  • Product Life-cycle experience
  • Preferably should have handled customer lifecycle for D2C & B2B business lines.
  • Experience of collaborative working with cross functional teams

What you’ll be accountable for

  • Ownership of overall Product Development and Management for all bureau, analytics and decision products and services.
  • Drive Product Revenue and EBIT targets along with Sales teams
  • Lead Business Case production in line with execution of the roadmap defining investment scale and return on Investment, Payback, etc.
  • Lead initiatives to analyse complex business problems and issues using data from internal and external sources.
  • Build the product roadmap defining short, medium and long-term views for the evolution of all products including addition of 3rd party data and services.
  • Build and Drive GTM activities in close collaboration with Sales and Marketing teams.
  • Build and anchor the Research, Insight and Thought Leadership publications. Manage the rendering platform for products like standard insights.
  • Manage the scoping and development of enhancements to existing products and solutions with the India/Regional technology teams.
  • Ensuring continuous upskilling of team members technical and communication skills.
  • Internal design consultation for Strategic Accounts, support pre-sales with additional technical and design insights and providing solutions to complex customer problem statements. Drive the scoping and delivery for projects based on client requirements.
  • Keeping self and team updated with new approaches and trends in statistical analysis and data visualisation.

  • Deliver platform capacity to align with pipeline and revenue forecasts
  • Support achievement of Revenue Targets by:
  • Delivering the agreed Product roadmap
  • Producing documentation to assist GTM
  • Ensuring the timely availability of the products and solutions
  • Consulting with strategic deals in the Pre-sales phase to support deal closure

Experience and Skills

  • Strong understanding of the consumer and commercial lending ecosystem and its associated data
  • Ability to work with diverse data sets with an analytical bent of mind
  • Ability to ideate & innovate and strong execution capabilities along with working under tight timelines. Knowledge both of B2B & D2C will be an added advantage.
  • Product Management understanding including product development, commercial acumen and GTM knowledge
  • Demonstrated experience in consulting, solution development and selling
  • Excellent communication, written and presentation skills
  • Strong Program Management skills
  • Proven leadership, coaching and development capabilities
  • Team player, performance driven individual with excellent time-management skills
  • Used to working under tight time pressure, great sense of priority management
  • High level of communication and personal presence
  • Strong market knowledge of latest innovations in the data analytics space and its associated utilization in various industries
