FP&A Analyst

Are you passionate about turning data into actionable insights? We’re looking for a FP&A Analyst to join our dynamic regional finance team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in financial planning, analysis, and reporting—helping shape strategic decisions through accurate forecasting and meaningful performance insights.

You’ll be actively involved in month-end close activities, preparing financial forecasts, and delivering both regular and ad hoc reports. Your work will support cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders, ensuring financial data is reliable, timely, and aligned with Experian’s global standards. You will report to the Finance Supervisor.

What you'll do:

  • Lead month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with IFRS and Experian policies.
  • Own selected balance sheet accounts and provide insightful analysis to support business decisions.
  • Independently manage the forecasting process 
  • Deliver clear, data-driven financial performance reports and dashboards.
  • Support the development and control of the annual operating budget, ensuring financial targets are met.
  • Analyze financial data to respond to business and finance team requests.
  • Prepare detailed balance sheet reconciliations and contribute to monthly cash flow reporting.

Experience and Skills

What we expect you to bring:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Accounting, Finance, or Business-related roles, supported by a relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
  • Strong foundation in financial accounting, ideally gained within a multinational corporate environment
  • Experience working in complex, matrixed organizations with international or global operations
  • Solid understanding of financial management reporting and performance metrics
  • Fluency in English
  • Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in data manipulation and analysis
