Experian Consumer Services is looking for an Expert UX Content Strategist & UX Writer to shape clear, accessible, and impactful content for digital experiences. You'll work at the intersection of product vision and UX, driving strategy that enhances usability and aligns with our goals. This is a fully remote role. You will report to the Manager Content Strategy UX Writing.

You'll have opportunity to:

  • Craft concise, compliant content for flows, microcopy, and scalable systems.
  • Apply UX heuristics and WCAG standards to ensure clarity and accessibility.
  • Define content frameworks that translate research and data into relevant messaging.
  • Collaborate with design, product, and marketing teams to agree on terminology and narrative.
  • Improve workflows, tools, and documentation for efficient delivery.
  • Mentor junior team members and guide content presentations.

Experience and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in UX, communications, or related field.
  • At least 4–8 years of experience in content strategy or UX writing for digital product design.
  • 6+ years in UX writing/content strategy for digital products.
  • Portfolio showcasing strategic and craft excellence.
  • Proficiency with Figma and experience with design systems.
  • Familiarity with generative AI and prompt optimization.
  • Experience with collaboration and Agile environments.
