Job description
Propósito del cargo:
Es la persona encargada de realizar la gestión comercial de la BU (Business Unit) del segmento SME, con el objetivo cumplir tres propósitos al ofrecer el producto a clientes: validarlo con ellos; comprendiendo como están hoy resolviendo las problemáticas del perfil de clientes, obteniendo y levantando insights respecto a lo que se está ofreciendo, identificando mejoras y con ello incorporar dicha información, para el roadmap de mejoras del portafolio de productos y también la evaluación de nuevos servicios, con la finalidad de aumentar nuestra participación en el mercado, incrementar las ventas y mejorar la rentabilidad del portafolio
Además de garantizar el cumplimiento corresponde al Presupuesto de Revenue Recognition asignado.
Entregables:
Generar estrategias comerciales para lograr ventas de nuevos clientes de esta unidad de negocios.
Generar reuniones con clientes que permitan validar los productos
Entregar al equipo información levantada del cliente sobre sus necesidades y modelo de negocio que permita mejorar los productos y servicios desarrollados en la empresa.
Mantener e incrementar los ingresos de los clientes de su cartera.
Responsabilidades del cargo:
Desarrollar relaciones de negocios con tomadores de decisiones más allá del departamento encargado.
Crear, proponer y generar una cartera de clientes y/o potenciales clientes.
Comprender el modelo de negocio de los clientes que visita con el objetivo de obtener toda la información necesaria para potenciar nuestros productos. Identificando además sus necesidades con agilidad.
Tener una visión panorámica del mercado que utiliza para elaborar planes de priorización basados en potencial por industria, historial de inversión en servicios y afinidad con el portafolio de soluciones.
Validar la efectividad del producto que se le está ofreciendo al cliente.
Entender la cadena de valor del cliente, sus principales diferenciadores en el mercado; así como los retos estratégicos incluyendo el comportamiento de sus competidores.

- Educacion: Universitaria completa (Comercial, Civil o carrera a fin). Experiencia: 3 años de experiencia en contacto y venta clientes. Experiencia necesaria como asesor comercial en empresas de tecnología, servicios intangibles, telco.
- Conocimientos técnicos requeridos: manejo de procesos con gestión de clientes y ventas de intangibles. Tecnología, RRSS.
- Competencias: Orientación al resultado y desafios, perserverancia, flexibilidad, orientación al cliente, comprensión del negocio del cliente, escucha activa, mirada de negocio estratégica, persuasión, pensamiento crítico.
